AM I REALLY LOCKED IN THE ROOM?
The short answer is no; that doesn’t sound safe or legal! Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time. Unlock: Mobile Escape Room has a different task for your team to accomplish in order to “win”.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN ONCE I AM IN THE TRAILER?
Once you are in the trailer you will have the ability to escape by solving clues, puzzles, riddles, obstacles, and challenges. There is an opportunity for every person to contribute to the team’s success. The trailer is fully decorated in your escape theme and everything you need to solve the escape is provided within the trailers walls.
HOW LONG DOES THE WHOLE PROCESS TAKE?
After all participants sign a waiver, teams (maximum number of 8 adults/10 children) will be escorted inside the trailer where the game will begin.Teams will have 25 minutes to diffuse the bomb on FLIGHT 722!
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR ESCAPE ROOMS?
Our Game Master will discuss a few rules before the game and then a rules video will be played right before your game/time begins.You may want to pay attention, there may be clues within the video and possibly a pop quiz!
MAY I BRING FOOD OR ALCOHOL INTO THE ESCAPE?
Absolutely no food or drink is allowed into Unlock: Mobile Escape Room.Unlock: Mobile Escape Room also has a no drug and alcohol policy. If it is suspected that you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, Unlock Escape Rooms reserve the right to deny you access without a refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Unlock: MOBILE Escape Room is a fully enclosed trailer and the show goes on rain, snow, or shine.
IS UNLOCK: MOBILE ESCAPE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Unlock: MOBILE Escape Room is not handicap accessible at this time, but we are working to make this opportunity available to everyone. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience!
WHAT AGES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR UNLOCK: MOBILE ESCAPE ROOM?
Unlock: MOBILE Escape Room is perfect for ages 7 and up. Younger groups will have a game master with them at all times to guide the children to think outside the box and work together to solve the clues.
HOW MUCH SPACE DOES UNLOCK: MOBILE ESCAPE ROOM NEED TO PARK?
Our truck and trailer request 50 feet to park and 70 feet to maneuver.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PARTICIPATE?
Unlock: MOBILE Escape Room can accept children groups of 8-10 at a time and adult groups of 6-8 at a time. Do you have a larger group? Unlock: MOBILE Escape Room has solutions to accommodate any size of group. Please email [email protected] for more information.
DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE AN ELECTRICAL HOOK UP FOR UNLOCK: MOBILE ESCAPE ROOM?
An electrical outlet is needed to run our lights and clues. We provide the extension cords.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU RECOMMEND WE BOOK OUR EVENT?
We recommend booking your private party at least 4 weeks out, but we will do our best to accommodate your group at any time.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PLAN FOR MOBILE ESCAPE ROOM PRIVATE PARTIES?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and a location. Full Payment is due 2 weeks before the event.
WHAT IS UNLOCK: MOBILE ESCAPE ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY?
Unlock: MOBILE Escape Room deposit is non-refundable. In the event you need to change your date or time, there will be a rebooking fee.
