HOW DO I BOOK A GAME?
Please book your experience online or in person. We are unable to accept bookings over the phone. Company team building events can email info@unlockky.com or Facebook at Unlock: Kentucky Escape Rooms or 270-307-2619 for questions on booking a large group.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please give yourself some extra time, and arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. Games will begin exactly at your start time. We are unable to wait if you are late, and you may have less than 60 minutes to play if you are not on time.
AM I REALLY GOING TO BE LOCKED IN A ROOM?
The short answer is no; that doesn’t sound safe or legal! Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
HOW MANY PEOPLE PLAY?
Each room has a minimum of two players, we do not allow single players. The maximum is different for each of our escape rooms.
IS THERE AN AGE/SIZE/ABILTY/MOBILITY LIMIT?
We recommend our games for ages 12 and up. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. Players 14 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. HOW DO I PLAY?
All games are paid online or in person at the time of booking. The price per person is $21.99 plus tax.
CAN I BOOK WITH MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY?
Of course! We suggest one person book the slots for your entire group. Simply select the number of players you will be bringing in the drop-down menu on our booking pages. You can also have each individual person book their own spot, but all rooms are first come, first serve. There are eight spots available in each room so you will need to book all eight spots if you want the room to be just for your friends and family.
DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
No, however, it is highly encouraged. Rooms fill up fast and we cannot guarantee a spot will be available when you walk in. Please book a room on our escape rooms page.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGER PARTIES AND EVENTS?
Absolutely! Stop in and chat with us about reserving a date for multiple or larger parties. You can either book through our main booking page, or email us directly at info@unlockky.com or send a message on Facebook at Unlock: Kentucky Escape Rooms to receive a custom quote.
WILL THERE BE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE ROOM WITH US?
All rooms are now PRIVATE! There is no other group that will be permitted to book the room after you have booked online
CAN I BRING EXTRA PEOPLE?
We strongly recommend sticking to the room maximum. Our rooms are designed to fit eight comfortably and your experience may differ with more. However, if you have one or two extra participants, please come by or email us and we may be able to accommodate your add-ons.
HOW LONG IS EACH GAME?
Each game is 60 minutes, though we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your experience for preparation and 5 minutes after to debrief and take pictures to commemorate your victory (or defeat!)
CAN WE BRING FOOD OR DRINKS INTO THE GAMES?
We ask that no food or drink is taken into the game rooms.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
All of our games are non-refundable. However, we can reschedule your game if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your game start time.
***Note: If you are planning on drinking the day of the event, please plan on doing so after the event. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to people appearing visibly intoxicated by alcohol and/or drugs. If this happens, you will not receive a refund or a reschedule date. This is for the safety of our staff and the other guests. Plus, you will do much better in the rooms with a clear mind!***
